2. Description of Digital Game Content
PVP.FARM is an online game focused on large-scale PVP and faction warfare. Basic access to the game is free, while purchased credits and the functions activated with them are PVP.FARM digital game content.
On the website, the user may obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased credits for their game account. Purchased credits are virtual in-game currency and may be used only inside PVP.FARM. They are not money, electronic money, a financial instrument, a property right, a donation, or a means of payment outside the game; they are not withdrawable and are not redeemable for cash or payouts.
Special functions are activated inside the game or on the website for purchased credits. These functions are in-game utility options: they have no standalone monetary value, cannot be withdrawn from the game, and are not a stake, lottery, or chance-based reward with external value.
If payment is processed through a payment partner, that partner may operate under a licensing model: PVP.FARM grants the partner the right to distribute the relevant digital game content, and the partner grants the user a sublicense to use that content inside PVP.FARM. In this document, “license” means a right to use digital game content, not a governmental license for a regulated activity.

5. Registration and Order Placement
To place an order, the user must have a PVP.FARM account. The registration form is available on the main page and contains the data required to identify the account and provide game access.
When paying, the user selects the amount of purchased credits for which the right of use is granted to the current account. The payment partner or bank page may additionally request the data required for payment, linking the payment to the account, and fiscal compliance.
6. Payment Procedure
To pay, the user selects an available payment method and the amount of purchased credits, checks the account nickname and digital game content order description, and then proceeds to payment.
When paying by bank card, the user enters the card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV on the secure page of the payment partner or bank. If the card is connected to 3-D Secure, the bank may request additional confirmation.
A payment is considered completed after PVP.FARM receives confirmation from the payment partner. Before payment, the user may cancel the order by simply not completing the payment.
7. Delivery of Digital Game Content
Delivery is electronic: purchased credits are credited to the game account after successful payment confirmation, and special functions are then activated inside the game or on the website for purchased credits. The PVP credit bonus, mining license, and mech insurance last for 30 calendar days from activation. A sky announcement first goes through pre-moderation for up to 2 business days; the placement period and purchased credit charge start only after approval if the account balance is sufficient. Dark nickname color and insurance are provided without a time limit. Physical delivery is not provided. Delivery cost is 0 USD.
The usual crediting time is several minutes after payment confirmation. In case of a technical delay, crediting may take up to 1 hour. If the digital game content is not credited, contact adm@pvp.farm and provide the nickname, amount, payment date, and order or payment identifier if available.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
As a general rule, no refund is provided after purchased credits have been successfully credited to the account, because the right to use the digital game content has already been made available electronically. This does not limit rights that are mandatory under applicable law.
Refunds or corrections may be considered in non-standard situations such as duplicate charge, erroneous charge, technical failure, stuck payment, non-crediting after confirmed payment, or another error because of which the digital game content was not actually delivered.
If, after purchased credits have been successfully credited, the payment is canceled, refunded, disputed through a payment system, or becomes subject to a chargeback, PVP.FARM may deduct the corresponding amount of purchased credits from the account, disable functions or cosmetic items activated with those credits, and record any uncovered amount as account debt until the issue is resolved. In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or dispute abuse, account access may be restricted during review in accordance with the game rules and applicable law.
To request review, contact adm@pvp.farm and provide the nickname, amount, payment date, order or payment identifier if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full bank card details, CVC/CVV codes, or passwords.
The review period is up to 10 business days from the moment sufficient information is received. If the decision is made in favor of the payer, the refund is made using the same payment method unless the payment partner’s rules or the law require another method.
