2. Description of Paid Services
PVP.FARM is an online game focused on large-scale PVP and faction warfare. Basic access to the game is free, while paid services relate to digital account functionality.
On the website, the user may purchase purchased credits for their game account. Special functions are activated later inside the game for purchased credits. Purchased credits are recorded only inside PVP.FARM, are not electronic money, are not withdrawable, and are not redeemable for cash or payouts.
Paid functions are in-game utility options: they have no standalone monetary value, cannot be withdrawn from the game, and are not a stake, lottery, or chance-based reward with external value.
The activity of providing access to the online game and digital in-game services does not belong to licensed activities. If the website later offers any goods or services that require licenses or authorizations, such information will be published before sales begin.

5. Registration and Order Placement
To place an order, the user must have a PVP.FARM account. The registration form is available on the main page and contains the data required to identify the account and provide service access.
When paying, the user selects the amount of purchased credits to be added to the current account. The payment partner or bank page may additionally request the data required for payment, linking the payment to the account, and fiscal compliance.
6. Payment Procedure
To pay, the user selects an available payment method and the amount of purchased credits, checks the account nickname and order description, and then proceeds to payment.
When paying by bank card, the user enters the card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV on the secure page of the payment partner or bank. If the card is connected to 3-D Secure, the bank may request additional confirmation.
A payment is considered completed after PVP.FARM receives confirmation from the payment partner. Before payment, the user may cancel the order by simply not completing the payment.
7. Delivery of the Digital Service
Delivery is electronic: purchased credits are credited to the game account after successful payment confirmation, and special functions are then activated inside the game or on the website for purchased credits. The PVP credit bonus and the mining license last for 30 calendar days from activation. A sky announcement first goes through pre-moderation for up to 2 business days; the placement period and purchased credit charge start only after approval if the account balance is sufficient. Dark nickname color and insurance are provided without a time limit. Physical delivery is not provided. Delivery cost is 0 USD.
The usual crediting time is several minutes after payment confirmation. In case of a technical delay, crediting may take up to 1 hour. If the service is not credited, contact adm@pvp.farm and provide the nickname, amount, payment date, and order or payment identifier if available.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
As a general rule, no refund is provided after purchased credits have been successfully credited to the account, because the service is considered delivered in electronic form. This does not limit rights that are mandatory under applicable law.
Refunds or corrections may be considered in non-standard situations such as duplicate charge, erroneous charge, technical failure, stuck payment, non-crediting after confirmed payment, or another error because of which the service was not actually delivered.
To request review, contact adm@pvp.farm and provide the nickname, amount, payment date, order or payment identifier if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full bank card details, CVC/CVV codes, or passwords.
The review period is up to 10 business days from the moment sufficient information is received. If the decision is made in favor of the payer, the refund is made using the same payment method unless the payment partner’s rules or the law require another method.
