Information Security Policy
Revision date: 2026-04-09
1. General Provisions
This Policy describes the measures used to protect information security of the PVP.FARM website, the game, and payment-related operations connected with digital services.
The service operator is individual entrepreneur Sergey Sergeevich Zenin, TIN 301809901520, OGRNIP 326508100198606. Contact for security-related matters: adm@pvp.farm.
2. Payment Security
Orders are paid through the payment partner’s checkout page and/or the acquiring bank page. Payment details are entered on the partner or bank side, not on the PVP.FARM website.
Bank card data, CVC/CVV codes, and other sensitive payment details are not received by PVP.FARM, are not stored in the project database, and are not processed manually by the administration.
Where required, the issuing bank may request additional authentication, including 3-D Secure, and the payment partner or bank may apply its own security and fraud checks.
3. Website and Account Protection
The website uses HTTPS. Account passwords are stored in protected form, and access to administrative functionality is restricted by technical keys and access control rules.
The user must keep their password confidential, use a trusted device, and not transfer account access to third parties. If account compromise is suspected, the password should be changed immediately and support should be contacted.
4. Anti-Fraud and Technical Checks
To protect users, payments, and the service, technical request data may be analyzed, including IP address, user agent, session data, payment status, order identifier, and server event logs.
In the event of suspected fraud, technical failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized access, the administration may temporarily restrict the operation and request additional information necessary for review.
5. Security Contacts
Reports about payment issues, suspicious activity, duplicate charges, delayed crediting, or possible vulnerabilities are accepted at adm@pvp.farm.
The request should include the account nickname, payment date and amount, order or payment identifier if available, and a short problem description. Do not send full bank card details, CVC/CVV codes, or passwords.
